Countries most favourable to Israel

Where did Canada rank in this survey? Or is it not considered important enough to be included? Our Prime Minister is more pro Israel than any other head of state and is not afraid to express his views. He certainly ranks far above President Obama in his concern for Israel, his pro Israel actions and his absence of hypocrisy vis a vis Israel.
