Well yes and no

In the sense that this Palestinian terrorist is simply representing the anti Israel hatred she fanatically believes and the anti Israel Arab terrorist population which supports her, then I suppose no, she is not betraying them and is actually being true to herself and loyal to them.

On the other hand, she is an Israeli citizen, her salary is being paid largely by Jewish Israelis, she has been educated and quite well I imagine, at an Israeli university largely subsidized by Jewish Israelis, and is allowed by law to express every loathsome and perverted libel she can against Jews, Jewish Israelis, and the democratic Jewish State of Israel. In this sense, she can and rightfully should be characterized as a traitor as well as a hypocrite and a liar, epithets which can tragically also be applied to not just a few Leftist Jewish Israeli Knesset members as well.
