I have written only once on what you call settlements and I call Israeli towns on the West Bank, at "Sharon Loses His Way On Israeli 'Settlements'."

I generally avoid this topic as seems to me a small one, with minimal impact on the Arab-Israeli conflict or the Middle East as a whole. As I put it the other day, Obama's focus on it amount to "the folly of focusing on Jerusalemites adding recreation rooms to their houses rather than Iranians adding centrifuges to their nuclear infrastructure."
