Forizale, do not complain and questioning about freedom ro democracy of others while while where you belong in tanzania, you still do not have it even one bit.

The fact, such democracy you explained that only something to deal with CASH only... Well let we imagine, internet is one of a product from a free democracy country. I guess those countries produce such facility with cash in return. Now you accessing internet to send your message to this site by paying cash to your internet provider. Nobody force you to use this facility and pay cash for it. If you complain about how a democracy country abuse democracy with cash in return, also it is not a problem... It is a choice that you can consume it and pay for it.

Complaining about a culture to watch TV programs and youtube only? It's very shallow mind to explain the democracy to deal with such habit to watch movie or youtube, which anybody will do anyway in every corner of earth.
