Dubai is Islamic state !

Dubai is a product of a mix of ISLAM and a liberal market economy but is an islamic state.

Problem with islam is that there is no line between politics and religion. iSLAM IS IN FACT COMMUNISM WITH RELIGION; and Islam is in fact racist.

You don't believe me ? In Dubai the expats are considered second class Human Beings. That is exemplary of how two worlds ( western world and islamic world) live in a Muslim country ruled by Islamic law. In Dubai if you have money "they" will tolerate you a little more but CITIZENS are not foreigners.
Dubai's modernization is not western modernization. Dubai is an Islamic state !!
