From PLO to Rashid Khalidi to Barack Obama

Is this the kind of "peaceful operations that Mr Khalidi and Mr Obama planned at the ill-famous tape so zelously guarded by LA Times? By the way, who paid for their meeting facilities and for military operations: both planning and execution.

Maybe the "follow the money" principle will be helpful in revealing this non-mysterious mystery.
