The problem with this analysis ignores the basis that European courts have always operated under guilt until proven innocent and the American system is innocent until proven guilty.

Furthermore, the assessment is too much the Jihad Watch broad brush of "Muslims". Muslims come in all sorts of flavors. Danny Thomas and Jamie Farr are Muslims in America as much as the generational Muslims of Iowa. These peoples came from systems of repression seeking to build lives. The Muslims of Spain are colonials as much as the Muslims from England are Pakistani colonials who were imported like the Turks of Germany and the groups now housed in Paris for cheap slave labor.

If one has immigrants building lives, one has a higher percentage of peaceful Muslims. If one imports disgruntled Muslims and houses them in slums, then one transplants the fury of the 3rd world to downtown Paris.

Ms. Gorelick hiding Clinton misdeeds and importing Muslims to show Clinton operatives were superior to President Bush in arresting them, but loosing them caused 9 11 as policing Muslims was cheaper than making war the liberals believed.

The same Muslim Brotherhood attitude of Barack Obama who is an Islamocommunist and his group including now the Biden syndicate of Delaware is waging the first jihad against Lawrence Sinclair are all deemed non issues by the people who claim to watch jihad as it is not in the profit margin. One sells books talking about those people over there, but dealing with the bribery or better known as book deals or grants neglects the very legal Muslim Brotherhood operations carried out daily in the United States.

Europeans in Oslo have Muslim thugs beating the populace and robbing it as Norwegians will not fight back. Americans have Muslim thugs using courts, commissions and think tanks beating Americans, but the pundits refuse to make issue of it as Americans are savaged due to the fact that the long currency line funds their egos and bank accounts.

This issue is not as stated in counterterrorism laws. This issue is in cultural laws and in who writes the biggest check out.

For all the concern over Muslim thugs in Europe, no one has yet commented on 800 million dollars given to Yasir Arafat by Europeans, which means secular central European financier Jews led by the Rothschild cartel so the Palestinians and now Hamas, in Islamocommunists, would make war on religious Jews to drive them out of the Israeli state leaving the Olmert socialists in control.
The Israeli state has some of the most unique law enforcement policies and yet they have the largest trade in terrorism by Muslims as it profits Islamocommunists.

It has in all nothing to do with law enforcement as one can not measure detention of suspects in numbers when one is measuring different sets of Islamic peoples of different races of different perspective.
