When considering the developments on terror related matter in the two continental models of law, it seems a little premature to make any snap judgements on "per-capita" ratios if we still do not have exact census data on a country per country and thereby continent by continent basis. The number of Muslims in Europe has been rising unchecked due to lax immigration laws...so how do we really know what per capita is in Europe when dual citizens use the system for a welfare check to transfer to their country and live like kings? The actual number of crimes or terrorist acts committed in Europe and America should be considered in tandom not in contrast. The European Continent and America are the Western Bloc and bulwark against the rising tide of jihadism.
Bat Ye'or, Bruce Bawer, Melanie Philips and Mark Steyn are among the pioneers in the Demography Awareness campaign. The legal system in terms of terror is broken over the anvil of religious freedom which clouds all reason on Islam and Democracy...this broken reason will remain so until Jihadism is deemed a cult by the people of Europe or America. Let us pray that the designation occurs quickly, else we may all need to reaffirm our right to bear arms out of self-defense.
Demographics are the crux of the matter - once polygamy is accepted across the board as a religious freedom, the West will fall. The aim of the Muslim Brotherhood and other long-frame cons of Jihad is to demographically overwhelm the West in order to dominate its principles of Democracy to vote in Shariah Law. Make no mistake...this is their path. They will not deviate. They will placate us with their moderate brethren and political guile to keep our defenses down - and then Blam...World Trade Itself will fall.
