Russian denialReader comment on item: Foxbats Did Fly over Dimona Submitted by Rebecca Moulds (United States), Aug 25, 2007 at 17:54 I read this book during the summer, and the evidence seems to be very clear that Russia figured largely in the Six Day War. This is now common knowledge, at least in the West. Having lived in Moscow from 1992 to 1995, putting up with tapped telephones in our homes, and witnessing the October 3rd 1993 coup d'etat, I can surely believe that any denial of involvement is just a way of preserving the lives of the ones involved. Many people lie to save their skins and Russian pilots are no exception. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
