The "Prophecy of Daniel" (Pipes)

While Daniel Pipes' article includes future scenarios described as "fictitious," the foundation for such events has already taken place and it is quite likely that an American Intifada could indeed come to pass as described. Like many others, I too have discerned the probability of a series of jihadist attacks occuring simultaneously throughout America in an organized effort to throw this country into a state of panic and national disaster.

Knowing that this scenario is a possibility and knowing that there are Islamic sleeper cells nestled in this country, it is incumbent for all Federal, State and Local Governments to begin preparing the American citizenry for reacting to and recovering from such an event. Or, perhaps our political leaders believe this scenario is only fiction?
