Reader comment on item: A Madrasa Grows in Brooklyn
in response to reader comment: again ignorance of the basics of history

Submitted by David W. Lincoln (Canada), May 14, 2007 at 10:39

It has been said that the flaws of a person are projected upon others. I am not using words such as ignorant, or other charged words, but you are. All because you took a decision that could have been made by anyone, anywhere, and interpreted that as me lionizing Turkey. I see you didn't touch on my point regarding the thousands of missiles the Beijing regime has pointed at Taiwan, and you don't have anything to say about the Kremlin and the Beijing Politburo arming the Sudanese government to oppress the black Muslims in Darfur. Just because you have bought Gramsci's perspective, that doesn't make you right.
