Yes to Military Tribunals

I agree with Mark Roth's point about military tribunals at least for members of non-domestic terrorist groups.

An additional reason for miliary tribunal, which I heard from some talking head on the radio or TV, is that they would be a better forum for presenting evidence that we have but do not want released into the public domain.
