War a Success

Dr. Pipes,

Most appreciated your interpretation of the "success in Iraq."

The point magnified just today, as Sec. Rice returns from her "hurry-scurry" diplomatic trip to Iraq, telling them to hurry up and from their government! One is reminded of the Mad Hatter.

Your clear and concise commentary on current use of U. S. Force's role of "meals on wheels," overshadowing the first line responsibilities of the Iraqi's themselves, raises a cautionary flag for which I see no present recognition by the Bush administration. Do we have the opening of Pandora's box?
