Ref: Pipes Interview #658

In my not so academic studies of many years ago, I read:
"PERHAPS MAN'S DESTINY IS TO FREE HIMSELF FROM ALL FORMS OF BONDAGE."
It was written by a psychologist in the early 1930s I think?
