Reader comment on item: How Muslims Can Catch Up
in response to reader comment: Islamic bigotry of Pakistan strikes again: sponsoring UNCHR now infamous Miloon Kothari

Submitted by Prashant (United States), Aug 4, 2022 at 14:21

Dear Dr Pipes,

Reader Jack D H mentioned Miloon Kothari of UNHRC in his above message. I did not know about this gentleman but did some research. It seems that Mr. Kothari is an Indian and has been a darling of leftist 'intellectual sounding' think tanks of Western universities for almost two decades. There is no dearth in India of such knee-jerk liberals who think that if someone is protesting, they must be right irrespective of their other deeds. So, if the Muslim Israelis (aka Palestinians) are perpetually protesting, they must be perpetually right.

The liberal thought is often wrong but very alluring and very difficult to counter. That is why the rest of us need to speak up as often as possible and need to support each other.
