As this is being written, in some places in America still recognize that the freedom and liberties that were at one time universally celebrated is sill worth celebrating. The minority factiousness is a result of the insidious murmuring of those are enemies of freedom; and they gave admitted that. What they have acceded to is in detriment to themselves as much as any they have targeted their hatred.
In similar fashion in Israel, freedom was searched for and in fulfillment of prophetic Scriptures, the prophet Isaiah speaks to the same fulfilments in returning Israel to the ancient promises that are being seen today.
For America, freedom is celebrated on July 4th; the similar celebrations on May 14 started the same search for peace.
And just like America, Israel is still in search mode for the peace that supposedly is prophetically in view; the enemy is common. Both face an enemy that cannot defeat their own demons, so they target the next identifiable threat to their sanity; and some things never go away.
America has both their own and Israel's enemies in common; why? Because of one thing in common; both honored the Old (Israel) and New (America) Covenants as the both are told in the Scriptures.
Freedom in faith costs; fulfilling the promises show how and why.
