Another factor in Europe's attitude

Dr. Pipes doesn't mention the presence of Muslim communities in many European countries as a factor, although perhaps his citing "appeasement" also refers to them. I wonder whether the Biden immigration policy will also affect the U.S. administration, especially when and if the number of Muslims in the U.S. outnumber the number of Jews.
