Will Israel take an action before the JCPOA comes back to life?

Actually it is a very good question. Sadly, Dr Pipes missed the essence of it. A revived JCPOA may constitute a deterrence, so Israel may want to prevent that situation by attacking before they sign it. My take on this is that, Israeli operation is neither cost free nor risk free, Israel will take action if and when by their estimates the cost of inaction is greater than the cost of action.
