The issues of divided ethnic separations in humanity started long ago in an age where identity divisions were between brothers and sisters. They dissembled further as familial associations broadened into clans and tribes; then city states; then nations were brought under attack for the disparity of envies, jealousies and just plain ambitions of pride. It started with Cain and Abel. But this narrative is what the current divisive antics of rebellious actors trying to destroy civil societies are attempting to use against the truth.
These issues of division are being promoted by agents of the rebellion in order to disrupt the Biblical narrative, which is hated by them since it does not allow freedom to be criminally active in the way now seen. It is the same in the Middle Eastern paradigm as it is anywhere else; the constant hostilities in trying to overthrow civil societies is emblematic of the failure of mankind not desiring to live in the way the Biblical narrative has determined is the path to peace. They do not seek it because they do not possess the spirit necessary to bring harmony to all for freedom and liberty to all. It's all in the Tanakh; Brit Chadashah.
