Intractibility of Two State Solution and Why Its Failure Was Predictable

Reader comment on item: The Key Issue of Hamas vs. Israel

Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Jun 10, 2021 at 16:28

In a subsequent rereading of the good Doctor's interview, the issue of the Two State Solution seems destined to be a political tool for the immediate and foreseeable future since there is no agreement that it was ever a practical solution, only a ploy to gain leverage on the 'Palestinian' side and a tool for leveraging a compromise on the Israeli side. It failed because in reality, it is a political mirage.
The reason it fails is because no one, on either side, believes that factious elements on either side will ever agree to a antithetical arrangement in which key and hard felt determinations that 'my opinion maters most' will withstand the test of time; eventually the 'Palestinian' perspective is to gain concessions that will eventually destroy the sovereignty of Israel's dominion over its heartland and achieve its victory.
On the other hand, Israeli sovereignty is more than easily demonstrated by a 'facts-on-the-ground' witness of true history in the archeological evidence (which, try as any might, cannot be buried deep enough or destroyed) and as such, demonstrates the better legacy; the truth of which will ultimately prevail.
Further, the overwhelming evidence of anti-Semitism by many intruders of dead-conscience hatred towards the Jewish is Exhibit "A" in the case against all of Israel's enemies; and this will bear itself out in spite of the furor and rage of any allegation of Israel's enemies and their c-conspirators world wide of causes aimed at dispossessing Israel from her heritage.
As such, the key issue of Hamas' continued 'rage against Israel is actually appropriated by the Iranian Islamic Regime's own issues of regaining empire status and will eventually be the cause of its own failure for inciting the world against Israel, a realization that will come about when they find out they cannot control the radiation they are releasing to their own detriment.
Just like COVID, science cannot be manipulated at the whims of supposed scientists without consequences. Just ask the former Soviets about Chernobyl or the Americans about Three Mile Island.
For the Iranian Islamic Regime, Israeli sovereignty is like a reactor you do not want pull the rods out too far before you cannot put them back in: nuclear power is not humanity's domain to control; it never was.
Does anyone know Who is in control of Israel's sovereignty? The Two State Solution was never meant to be controlled either.
