Regarding increasing Hungary's birthrates

I would imagine a great deal could be achieved if in kindergarten and primary school, teachers would ask children questions like "how many children would you like to have when you grow up?" and later on asking "at what age would you like to get married and have children?".
I believe this could make a tremendous difference.
