Michael,

I don't recall that bill either. I was certainly around in those days; but the news headlines seemed to all be about President Clinton cheating on his wife in the Oval Office while conducting a war in Yugoslavia, and such like. Instead of condemning him, the Democrat press of the age almost lionized him as "some guy! Wow!", and the women's libbers all kept their mouths shut (except Monica Lewinsky, who kept hers open for Bill sometimes). Jerusalem? Embassy? Who prints stuff about that?
