Dr Pipes should help the next president

Reader comment on item: "The Longest and Most Vicious Confrontation": An Interview

Submitted by Janusz Kowalik (United States), Aug 30, 2016 at 19:50

As usual Dr Pipes presents very informative and well balanced view of the Middle East problems.

I sincerely hope that he will help Mr Trump or Mrs Clinton to shape the US foreign policy matters.

Also it might be very useful if he writes now about his evaluation of the both candidates from his perspective as a Middle East scholar.

Daniel Pipes replies:

I do have thoughts to do as you request. The trouble is, one just does not know what Trump will do. Do his words have any meaning? In contrast, Hillary is quite predictable.
