It's an Extremely Complex Predicament - Coinsider Henry Kissinger's World OrderReader comment on item: The One-Minute Guide to Obama's Foreign Policy Submitted by Robert (United States), Oct 13, 2015 at 23:15 Dear Daniel Pipes ,Let's not forget Obama's "success" regarding Iran, and his recent turning to Asia to form the new trade relationship which will make the US & much of the Americas better compete against China. And also, we (USA) are no longer dependent on Middle East oil thank's to our shale reserves and cracking mining technology. So the Middle East isn't as important to us as it used to be - except for Israel. In that regard, look at the countries around Israel stratically, and how the Muslim, Arab, and Palestinian questions are all playing out in Israel's over-all favor. 1. Afganistan and Iraq are destroyed, and the latter is no longer a threat to Israel as it used to be; on the other hand, Iran will need to defended itself against Afgan's Taliban, and use its "enormous" oil capital to ppop up the majority Shia against the disfranchise Sunni with thei ISIS fanatics. 2. Syria is complete disaster - and no longer any military threat to Israel. And its millions of refugees - including the Palestinians - are no dispersed in Jordan, Turkey, and fleeing to Europe. This is the unfolding of the "Arab Spring" into the "Muslim Nighmare." Germany is now the ultimate "paradise" for the disfranchised Syrians and their Palestinians from the camp(s) in Syria. Let's see if Germany, and the rest of Europe will be able to "treat" their Arabs better than the Israelis treat their own Arab citizens, Palestinian residents, and the rest of the non-Israelis in the disputed territories. 3. Egypt now, under Sisi, is closer to Israel than ever before. The Gaza Palestinian have succeeded in alientating theselves from Egypt like never before - as they have always done in every place they had assume a refugee or guest status. 4. Turkey now, underIslamist Erdogan, is forced to deal with all of its Syrian refugees and migrants, another distraction from the hatred of Israel and Jews. Thank you, Erdogan - for letting all Islamists to pass through your Turkey on the way to Syria and Iraq. And also, thank you for taking in the Muslim Brotherhood - as well as Hamas. 5. Saudi Arabia, and the rest of the Gulf States and naturally, secretly, "allying" themselves with Israel to protect themselves against both the Shia Iranian threat as well as the Sunni ISIS which the their own Wahabis have created and unleased. 6. Russia - thank you - for entering Assad's Syria - to balance out both Sunni Turkey and Shia Iran and Hezbollah. I'm sure the 1,000,000 former Soviet Union Jews are able to communicate with put on common ground, including alienation from both the EU and Obama. I probably left some stuff out - but all this is happening under the watchful eyes of President Barak Obama. I'm inclined to think that he might just be an Ollympian God after all! PS: Of course it is a shame that the Muslims of West & Central Asia, and North Africa, are suffering. But that is can unfortunate consequence of our human predicament - which the United States certainly cannot solve all by itself, or with its military might which it tried so hard to do under the two Bushes. And of course, we mustn't forget 9/11, and the 3,000 Americans who lost their lives in the hands of the 19 Islamist terrorist bombers. It is unfortunate that millions of Arabs are now paying the price for this historic crime against the United States - but maybe Muhammad, and Allah, is not on the side of the Arabs, Islamist Turks, Taliban Afgans, Ayatollah Iranians, etc.
