No titled empires

Reader comment on item: A Century of African-American Islam

There is and was no formally titled Colored Empire, Negro Emprie, African Empire, Black Empire, African-American Empire, etc. None of those terms can be traced into antiquity. Were we really an unknown and unidentifiable people even though the Romans and Greeks by their own tongue have testified as to who we are with specific physical details? This is before the 'Arab invasion'. There certainly was a Moorish Empire (also properly titled Moroccan Empire) which exercised sovereignty, as a minimum for the skeptics, over the entirety of the West Africa (admitted, not granted, in an English treaty of 1750 and 1751).

Its really simple. People are not crayons, shades and adjectives. We are talking international law. Not what the layman thinks a jurisprudence term (not a word) or jurisprudence concept means. Before the fraudulent widespread prevalence of the term negro (black) african to all, whether free or not, in the 20th century, anyone who was presumed to be a free African was specifically known as a Moor.

Everyone knows the German, the French, the Dutch, the Chinese, the Russian, the Indian, etc etc, the Moor. Everyone knows the German-American, the French-American, the Dutch-American, the Chinese-American, the Russian-American, the Indian-American, etc etc, the Moorish American. We didn't create the terms for some type of pseudo religious negro delusion as you have asserted. The nature and intent of the use of the jurisprudent terms and the terms themselves are acknowledged in the Law of Nations.

SOURCE: Negro Slave law of South Carolina, Sundry Free Moors Act 1790, Moorish treaty of peace and friendship 1786, all diplomatic correspondence from the North American Republic to the Moorish government and all remaining public records from the North American Republic pertaining to Moors.

This is borderline Christian-Zionist propaganda if the writer asserts to possess any historical, political and jurisprudent understanding of the descendants of Moroccans born in America, modernly known as Moorish-Americans. We were here long before Spain and Portugal arrived, other Peoples came here by vessel before them as well. I'm sure you understand the significance of this.
