On Second thoughts...

Reader comment on item: Thoughts on the Release of 104 Palestinian Murderers

Submitted by Michael Hanni Morcos (Canada), Jul 28, 2013 at 12:54

The more i ponder on this tragic outcome -i'm strongly convinced that a Deal has been reached by our Administration [U.S.] to blackmail Bibi[Israel] vis a vis Iran's nuclear build-up and the release of 104 Criminal-Terrorists .

At this stage of Iran hidden Nuclear proliferation--the Obama Admin. has placed Israel in a position that they can no longer resolve this Dilemma without U.S. involvement.

Thank You.

Daniel Pipes replies:

I cannot say that you are wrong but there is no indication you are right. Rather, it appears that Netanyahu chose this step, just as Sharon in 2003 chose to leave Gaza.
