According to one report , Mr Clements had "beefed up" security around his home, yet the killer was out there idling his car for about 15 minutes--where was the security detail? Now, apparently, the hit man is dead and dead men don't talk. I wonder how far up the chain of command this goes and when the FBI will step in.
