Why not Hagel? He fits in perfectly with the circus clowns and toes the line of the current democrat foreign policy to a tee, Hagel, together with Kerry and Brennan, form the perfect trio (or Bermuda Triangle) led by the even more qualified and knowledgeable President Barak Obama.

OK, perhaps he is more anti-Israel than Kerry (not so sure about Brennan), but the outcomes of these nominations are likely similar in consequence (depending on the outward circumstances during their tenure).
