Of course not. As one example, the Iran/Iraq war was a ten-year benefit to us; ten years of America's enemies killing each other, without a single American life l

ost. Reagan gave arms to one side or the other, to keep the carnage going. That should be our policy. Keep the sides evenly balanced so that no one wins. Let these bastards keep killing each other!
