Respectfully, I totally disagree with this comment. He is trying to implant socialism in a country that in many respects is still Tocquevillian, and probably always will be Even policies befitting a "moderate social democrat" is a bridge too far here.

As far as his radical past he has disavowed it lonly enough to make him electable. In no sense is he fit to be President.
