Reader comment on item: Affirmative Action in Beauty Contests?

Submitted by Phil Greend (Canada), May 22, 2010 at 12:34

Dr. Rev. Martin Luther King's dream was for all people to be judged only on their morals and values.

What someone wears is meaningless, a persons words and actions are what counts.

If someone is a muslim that is fine. If someone is a muslim and they support a terror organization that is totally wrongful.

There are some muslims who want peace with Israel. Sadly this is a small number and they are afraid of the majority of muslims who hate Israel.

If the muslims who don't hate Israel are too scared to speak up against the muslims who wish the all of the Jews dead, maybe we should be afraid of them also.

In each and every muslim country, if these women were to walk aroung wearing the low cut dresses with no sleves, they would be subject to abuse by the government. This may include fines or canning or prison.
Some of the women's own fathers would honor kill them for bringing disgrace to the family and in all islamic countries the govenment would let him get away with it. If someone were to sexually assault her, he would be freed due to the manner in which she was dressed and then she would be punished for adultery if she were married. This may include death or prison.

Please recall how crazy the muslims went a few years ago during a beauty pageant in Africa. One of the judges said that the "prophet" muhammed would approve and he would even wish to marry a beauty contestant. The muslims rioted, murdered people and destroyed many things.

P.S. Maybe the muslims were okay this time for rioting, when someone said he may wish to date one of the 18 year old beauty contestants. If you remember the "prophet" mohammed does not like women that old, in fact at age 50 the prophet mohammed married a 6 year old girl. At age 53 the prophet mohammed started raping this 9 year old child.
