What about the devdasis or temple prostitutes in India ? Remote parts of the Indian hinterland still has this custom. Sleep with a temple prostitute and you will have good rains ! Sleep with a temple prostitute and you will have a good harvest ! Why do your women cover the head with a ghoonghat in North India ? It is no better than a hijab. Not slavery ?
What makes you think that you Hindus are any better ?
