I would point out that not all arabs are Muslims. In fact- there used to be a significant christian minority in Lebanon for instance.

In any case- being not muslim- did not prevent these (christian) arabs from murdering hundreds of Palestinan (suni) arabs in the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps in 1982

I believe the isseu of violence in Arab society is a cultural one - not necessarily a religious one.

It's about "doing the right thing". each society defines its' moral values.
