Samir Kunta and Jewish morality

Tora has a long list of crimes punishable by death but the court that actually imposes and carries out the death penalty more than once in ten years is considered too harsh and is replaced. It has been many decades since Eichman. One in ten years for the likes of Kuntar would be just. This is Jewish morality.
