Reader comment on item: CAIR: 'Moderate' friends of terror

Submitted by Roald Zelichonok (Israel), Jul 7, 2002 at 02:19

Maybe, moderate forms of Islam exist somewhere in Moslem countries (for instance, in the Central Asian republics of the former Soviet Union). However, in the West, as a rule, Islam is drawn to extremism since its highest goal there is conquest, ousting of the Christianity in favour of Islam.
The endless wails about a mythical "Israeli agression" (it's a pity that the Western mass media is often ready to swallow this bait) intend to divert attention from the most real attempt to seize Christian lands, first of all Europe. The Moslem "holy war", so called Jihad is well under way, and it seems that some European nations, first of all France, is in a real trouble.
