Hello Another American, Your words are encouraging, and hopefully will come to pass. However, on the "flip-side" - most reality points to Isalmism's resemblance to Communism (world domination), Hitler-ism (anti-semitism and slaughter), facism (Stalin). These are all similarities.

What, however, are some of the differences of WWII-era U.S., and present U.S.? Only twenty years elapsed between WWI and WWII. The second time, we learned our lesson and crushed Germany, not to mention Hiroshima and Nagasaki. U.S. men lined up around the block in cities throughout the nation to enlist in the military after Pearl Harbor.

Nowadays, Peacenicks and political correctness have replaced Patton and patriotism. Our Universities are permeated with psyco-bable - all answers lie "within", intellectual rationalism and subjectivism stokes the fires of emotionalism and arrogantly asserts all conflict can be resolved through empathy, sympathy, understanding of our "fellow man" and realization of our world-wide "common humanity". The mind-set of the Democratic Party is overwhelmingly Communist-leaning, and not exactly pro-Israel.

What I'm getting at is the U.S. of today is a very different U.S. from the one who believed in "freedom through military victory" some sixty years ago. We need Patton for our military and a King David for President. -JS
