Too Much ToleranceReader comment on item: Harvard Loves Jihad Submitted by Robert Arsenault (United States), Jun 12, 2002 at 19:54 Has an investigation into Yasin's support of the foreign enemy begun? If not, why? Yasin's dollars have paid for the deaths of those whose ideals have made possible the degree with which he has just been presented.Individuals such as Yasin represent a potent part of the threat currently facing this country: cultured, well-mannered Muslims who, while declining to take control of the aircraft or strap on the explosives themselves, quietly support Islamist groups like Hamas. Let's stop fretting about the idiocy of letting this outsider speak on the stage of a culturally emasculated university and start asking our authorities why he isn't sitting in jail. There may be no greater oxymoron than 'American Jihad.' Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
