So would-be terrorists are using corporate team-building exercises to recruit and train.

Maybe we have less to fear than we thought - my experience of a couple of decades of these boondoggles is that they are ususally worse than useless at their stated goal. They really exist to give the HR managers something to do and senior management the excuse that they are 'doing something'.
