tolerance = caving in

Just read an eye-opening article by Mark Steyn in which he shows how our "tolerance" of the destruction of our freedoms by muslim groups will be our eventual downfall. In fact, we have set ourselves up for this in believing in the mantra of the multiculturalism "ideal" and appeasement should we be perceived as acting against this ideal.

Tolerance of muslims is the fastest, surest path to surrendering all our freedoms.
