For the benefit of muslims who will cry of discrimination, it is NOT illegal for a passenger NOT to patronize Muslims; but it is illegal for taxi-drivers to refuse to pick up passengers of any colour, hue or religion. Taxi-drivers have a license to do business and must follow those laws and rules; there are no such laws for passangers. Businesses exist for the benefit of society; if they don't serve the society, they are denied licenses. There is no such restrictions on individuals. I don't have to buy anything for a particular business, but that business cannot refuse to sell me its wares, as long as I am ready to pay him.
