How come none of these groups ever agree to fast on Yom Kippur or other Jewish fast holidays as a gesture of solidarity to Jews and Judaism?

The answer is obvious: in line with Marxist hostility to Judaism (Marx being a rabid anti-semite born of self-loathing) these leftist groups perceive all things Jewish as the enemy and all things anti-Jewish as worthy of their support.
