The koran and bibleReader comment on item: U.S. Improvising on Security Five Years After 9/11 Submitted by ahmad zafire (United States), Sep 9, 2006 at 03:10 The koran is only violent to people who don't understand life and or want to accept islam as word from G-d. But the bible has cruel and barbaric verses in it. But what do people say about that?. Now a days not too much becuase they choose to over look that part. The books will have good and evil parts to them for the simple fact that man has good and evil parts to us. It's hard to look at oursleves in the mirror! Even though many of us have good intentions or mean well. We are still cruel in nature by the way see talk, think and action in most cases. It's all humanity not jews, christians or muslims it's the whole races of humans. I mean come on, we build weapons that if needed can destroy the whole world it just put in reserve. How safe should we feel?. Mans need for power and rule corrupts the even meekest of men. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
