Reader comment on item: Are the Palestinians the World's Most Radicalized Population?

The current radicalization of "Palestinians" can be traced back to the Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin Al Husseini.
"One willing accomplice [to increased fascist influence in the Middle East] was the Jerusalem Mufti Haj Amin el-Husseini who was forced to flee Palestine after angering the British in the revolts of 1936-39."
http://www.theraphi.com/nazimufti.html

He came to power because "The British supported Haj Amin to the post and granted him amnesty from a 10 year long sentence for encouraging murders." The post was supposed to be an elected one, but Husseini retained power by threat, intimidation and murder.

Husseini immediately began to foment anarchy by calling for pogroms against Jews, climaxing with the infamous 1929 slaughter of Hebron's Jews, seen in retrospect with it's contemporary implications here:
http://www.freeman.org/m_online/aug99/wilder.htm

In 1941 he expressed his 'gratitude' to the Brits for their support of him by issuing a fatwa against them, thereby presaging, (as Dr. Pipes says above) "...the willingness of Palestinians to turn against even the Western countries upon whom they are so totally dependent."
"I invite all my Moslem brothers throughout the whole world to join in the Holy War for God, for the defense of Islam and her lands against her enemy [Great Britain]."
http://www.eretzyisroel.org/~jkatz/fatwa.html

for more information on Husseini, and the evil he represents, see:
http://www.tellthechildrenthetruth.com/amin_en.html

There seem to be no end to the bad eggs that have fallen from his basket. Concerning three of the most relevant:
"His mix of militant propagandizing Islam was an inspriation for both Yasser Arafat and Saddam Husein: He was also a close relative of Yasser Arafat and grandfather of the current Temple Mount Mufti [Ikrama Sabri (see below)]."
(footnote #1, at: http://www.eretzyisroel.org/~jkatz/arafathusseini.html)

Most people know about his nephew Arafat, but few may have heard of Al Husseini's grandson, the current Mufti. His words of "inspiration" to his "Palestinian" bretheren reflect the accepted world view of these people.
""Oh Allah, destroy America, her agents, and her allies! Cast them into their own traps, and cover the White House with black!"
The speech was broadcast on the PLO's Voice of Palestine Radio, immediately after it broadcast a speech by U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright." (1997)
