About The Isaiah 17:1 & Isaiah 17:14 Prophecy

Reader comment on item: Pushing for a Ceasefire
in response to reader comment: Isaiah 17 was fulfilled long, long ago: Gaza is just business as usual for Jews.

We see in 2 Kings 16:7-11 Assyrian king Tiglath-pileser captured Damascus. Tiglath-pileser did not destroy Damascus (Isaiah 17:1) making Damascus a heap of ruins (Isaiah 17:14) in one night.

King Ahaz even sacrificed to the gods of Damascus. (2 Chronicles 28:21-23) Would Ahaz have sacrificed to the gods of Damascus if Damascus would have been destroyed?

Damascus will be destroyed in one night when Syrian president Assad does something stupid by helping his ally Iran against Israel.

American politicans are tying Israel's hands in crushing Hamas by wanting a ceasefire. Hamas if it survives will become heroes to the Jihadists everywhere. The fate of the terrorists: Hezbollah, Hamas, Al-Qaeda, the Jordanian Salafi and ISIS will be their ultimate destruction. Note: Hezbollah lives in the areas of ancient Gebal & Tyre=Lebanon, Hamas lives in the land of the Philistines= Gaza, Al-Qaeda is a problem in ancient Amalek land=Sinai, The Salafi live in the land of the Hagarenes, Edom, Moab and Ammon=Jordan and ISIS resides in Assur/Assyria=northern Syria & northern Iraq. You will find these regions in Psalms 83:6-8 and their destruction in Psalms 83:17.

Today, we see the hatred for Jews and Christians worldwide sponsored by Muslim radicals in the Middle-East and in Europe along with the rise of Nazi movements throughout western civilization. You can see the false Christian churches as they rise up in supporting the Palestinian terrorist desire to build a terrorist nation against Israel. True Christians generally who read the Bible know Israel was given to the Jewish people.

Jewish persecution has existed in almost every generation from the days of Abraham to our present time. I pray the Jews leave Europe for Israel where they will be safe. The prophecy says Ezekiel 36:24 that the Jews will return home.
