Hamas does that in its media warfare in Hebrew. It tries to scare the Israelis from ground action with ludicrous claims of personal superiority and the dire fate of Israeli soldiers should they venture against the fearsome Jihadi. all done in portentous tones and laughable hebrew

What a great point. Hamas plays victim in the West and triumphant enemy toward Israel. Stunning that it manages to get away with this for so long.
