But Kerry also looks at the State Department's long term goals of dismantling Israel from the beginning to curry favor with the Arabs and apparently feels he's going to end the game--at Israel's expense. Kerry rubs elbows with the Saudis too and there is much to be gained after leaving public office.

His predecessors couldn't succeed so he's going to show he can do it no matter how unreasonable he is to Israel. The Israeli are too pusillanimous in releasing terrorists as this will not be appreciated by the US any more than the Disengagement was....
