Once again you have gone into the matter and unearthed facts. The problem is that policy makers are either not having access to facts or willfully ignore them. I am sure the problem of the middle east shall not go away because U.S.A wishes it so but shall go away only when Palestinians change their mindset.
At present that seems a very remote possiblity.
