Voters with their heads in the sand

Reader comment on item: Obama, Israel & American Jews: The Challenge

Submitted by Jules Posten (United States), Jun 5, 2010 at 09:59

anyone who now regrets the way they voted in the last presidential election has finally pulled their heads out of the sand. anyone with an ounce of common sense could have seen this situation coming, but foir some reason or anyother, they had to assuage their liberal guilt and vote for someone they saw as the embodiment of misguided racial bias. all that had to be done was to examine his mentors and associates and analyse his media hyped campaign which attempted to show BOB as the secomnd coming of both Lincoln and JFK, and if you couldn't see what a load of horse hockey was being shoveled out, you'd have to be completely politically unaware.. well you made a bad choice and we all have to live with it, four years of apologizing to everyone for everything the USA has ever done, four years of toadying to every tin horn dictator or royal who ever criticized us. four years of addidng to a top heavy goverment and hiring peopole who certasinly do not belong in any position of power because of their hatred and dislike of the US and its history. i can only hope that we'll still have a USA to salvage when these four years are done. i'm of an age where i may not be here then , but i have adult children and grandchildren and i fear for their futures.
