It is a good day for the world when the Christian people of Southern Sudan, long considered prey for Muslim slave raiders, have gotten the right of self-determination. Now, if only the colonists from Hejaz and Nejd would return the Maghreb to the Amazigh, the Fertile Crescent to the Aramaic-speaking Christians and Jews--well the latter got their sliver in Israel--and so forth...
