Imperial Russia and the former Dynastic Empires of China

Russia and China are former imperialistc powers, their historical influences of past centuries deposed for the current ones by rebelling of dissident voices against the excesses of the aristocracy and replacing them with the excesses of the new ruling parties. In the replacements we see nothing different in the desire to be dominant and in control; only in the methodology is there seen the attempts to achieve that desire.

The Hebrew Holy Scripture addresses those humanist ambitions and provides the source of judgment for exporting those ambitions to places they did not need to go.
